2. Personal Information Items Processed
The Service processes the following personal information items:
When registering as a member
- Email address (required)
- Social login provider information (Google, GitHub, Kakao, etc.)
- Profile information (optional)
Automatically collected during service use
- IP address
- Browser type and version
- Service usage records
3. Retention Period of Personal Information
The Service processes and retains personal information within the personal information retention period according to laws or within the retention period agreed upon when collecting personal information from the data subject.
- Member information: Until withdrawal
- Service usage records: 3 years
- Login records: 1 year
4. Image Data Processing
Important: GOCR.kr's OCR processing takes place directly in the user's browser. Uploaded images are not sent to the server and are immediately deleted from browser memory after processing is complete. Therefore, personal information contained in images is not collected or stored by the Service.
5. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
In principle, the Service does not provide users' personal information to third parties. However, exceptions are made in the following cases:
- When the data subject has given prior consent
- When required by law or when unavoidable to comply with legal obligations

Users may exercise the following rights as data subjects:

- Request for correction if there are errors
- Request for deletion

7. Use of Cookies

9. Changes to Privacy Policy
This privacy policy takes effect from the date of implementation, and if there are additions, deletions, or corrections to the content according to laws and policies, changes will be announced through notices 7 days before implementation.
